Product Description
OSiTC 3250 is a two-component high thermal conductivity epoxy potting adhesive composed of one component OSiTC 3250A and one component OSiTC 3250B. It has excellent thermal conductivity and is a low-temperature curing general-purpose epoxy adhesive.

Usage
● Clean the surface: clean the surface of the object to be glued to remove rust, dust and oil.
● Pre-mixing: Stir component A well before use. (It is normal if crystallization or agglomeration occurs at low-temperature phenomenon, it can be melted in a 50-80°C oven before stirring. )
● Rubber mixing: Accurately weigh components A and B according to the specified ratio, and stir evenly after mixing.
● Glue filling: pour the glue into the sample according to actual needs. (If necessary, the stirred glue can be vacuumed for 3-5 minutes at an absolute vacuum lower than 0.1Mpa, and then poured into the electronic components to be potted. After the glue is poured, continue to vacuumize for 3 -10 minutes is better, especially when curing with heat.)
