Product Characteristics

OSiTC 2080 is a two-component crosslinked by addition reaction and solidified into a high-performance elastomer. It consists of two liquids, A and B. Group A is white, and Group B is grey. When the two components are fully mixed at a 1:1 weight ratio, the mixture will cure into a soft elastomer. It can be cured at room temperature. The material has no obvious shrinkage and reaction temperature rise during curing. The cured elastomer has excellent electrical properties, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-40 ~ +200) ℃, waterproof and moisture-proof, good deep curing, and does not produce corrosion effect on the contact material; Removable for easy maintenance.


Application Field

Mainly used for atmospheric aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, vibration and cracking resistance of electronic products, such as all kinds of electronic modules, electronic devices, sensors, power supply, inductance, LED waterproof power supply, LED components, etc.

Instruction

1. The surface of the potting products must be cleaned and dried before sealing.

2. Before use, component A and component B should be fully mixed in the original package as a whole, because stratified precipitation may occur in the product due to the influence of gravity during transportation and storage. If insufficient stirring is used, the product will be more or less incompletely solidified due to some components.

3. According to A: B (weight ratio or volume ratio) = 1:1, after mixing, and then fully stirring, before relevant operations can be carried out, the operation time after mixing is about 60 minutes, the one-time amount of glue should not be too much, so as to avoid the later liquidity reduction difficult to seal.

4. Place the evenly mixed rubber material in the vacuum cabinet for defoaming, and remove the entrained air by vacuuming. The vacuum degree can be 0.07Mpa.

5. Pour the debubbling glue into the workpiece to complete the filling and sealing operation (the surface of the workpiece and the mixing container should be kept dry and clean before filling and sealing). Place the completed filling and sealing workpiece at room temperature and fully cure it for 8 hours. 


Note

Certain materials, chemicals, hardeners, and plasticizers can inhibit the curing of gels. These substances should be noted:

1. Organic tin and silicone rubber containing organic tin;

2. Sulfur, polysulfide compounds or sulfur-containing articles;

3. amine, polyurethane rubber or ammonia-containing articles;

4. Phosphorous or phosphorous-containing articles;

5. Acidic goods (organic acid);

6. Flux residue;

If the above substances are suspected before using the glue, it is recommended to test the sample before mass production.


Packing, Storage and Transportation

This product is packed in 50kg/ set (25kg for component A and 25kg for component B).

This product is stored for 12 months. Keep in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

This product is a non-dangerous good and can be stored and transported as general chemicals.
