OSi HIOSil MS316 is an alkoxysilane-terminated polyether polymer that can be used to make moisture-curing sealants, structural adhesives, coatings, etc. It has excellent bonding performance and can be bonded to a wide range of substrates. This formula system contains no solvents or isocyanate, and no bubbles generated during the curing process. It is suitable for construction engineering, transportation, and general industry.

Direction For Use
● OSi HIOSil MS316 polymer can quickly dissolve in common organic solvents but is almost insoluble in water. Therefore, most of the raw materials in the formulation system are oil-soluble substances.
● The curing mechanism of the polymer involves the reaction of alkoxy silane groups at both ends of the polyether with water under catalytic conditions. This reaction hydrolyzes the silanol groups, and these silanol groups crosslink under catalytic conditions to form siloxane bonds, ultimately creating a network structure.
● Other additives and fillers in the formulation need to be pre-dried, and the mixing process should be carried out under the protection of an inert, dry gas.

Cleaning
Uncured resin can be cleaned using common solvents such as ethanol. Once cured, it can only be removed through mechanical methods, along with surface cleaning procedures.
Storage &Transportation
● Transportation: Moisture-proof, rain-proof, sun-proof, high temperature-proof, keep away from heat sources, handle with care, no extrusion and collision.
● Storage: Sealed and stored in a low-temperature, dry place, the recommended storage temperature is 5~25°C, humidity ≤50%RH. Keep away from children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
● For skin contact, remove the sealant with a cloth, and wash the skin thoroughly with soap and water.
● For eye contact, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact a physician. Please refer to the Material Safety Data Manual (MSDS) for details.
Packaging
● 200kg/drum, packed in an iron drum lined with an aluminum film bag;
● 1000kg/IBC;
