OSi SROSil MRS30 solvent-free pure silicon tree is a two-component silicone resin product with 100% active content. This product has excellent performance in hardness, scratch resistance, high-temperature resistance, yellowing resistance, substrate-wetting performance, chemical resistance, etc., while also taking into account the flexibility of the coating. It has excellent chemical properties such as corrosion resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, UV resistance, salt spray resistance, etc. for metal substrates. The product can be used for anti-corrosion protection of metal surfaces in industries such as ocean and power, as well as waterproof protection in industries such as construction. This product can form a silicone resin coating with high surface hardness. High hardness, up to 8H or above, in order to obtain the necessary adhesion to the substrate, the thickness of the coating cannot exceed 25 μ M. This product consists of components A and B.

Scope of Use
Can be used for metal surface anti-corrosion protection in industries and fields such as ocean and power. It can also be used as a protective coating for high-end metal substrates, such as stainless steel, titanium alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys, zinc alloys, etc. It can also improve the surface hardness of such substrates, such as ceramics and stones. The maximum hardness can reach 8H or above, and in order to obtain the necessary adhesion to the substrate, the thickness of the coating cannot exceed 25 μm.
Usage
1. This product comes in two-component packaging: OSi SROSil MPS30A and OSi SROSil MPS30B. Mix OSi SROSil MPS30A and OSi SROSil MPS30B in a ratio of 100:5 and stir well before use. Please store in a sealed container when not in use.
2. Before painting, the surface of the substrate should be cleaned thoroughly, and construction methods such as spraying or impregnation can be used. During construction, it should be staggered vertically and horizontally without omission until the surface of the substrate is wet. The thickness of the coating should not exceed 25 μm.
3. The mixed silicone resin can be cured at room temperature or heated, with a surface drying time of 60 minutes at room temperature and a solid drying time of 3-7 days; Baking at 80 degrees Celsius can allow for 30 minutes of surface drying and 4 hours of actual drying; In theory, the best results can be achieved in 7 days. Increasing the amount of catalyst can accelerate the curing speed and reduce the curing time, but it may also reduce adhesion.
During the curing process, heating can promote curing. After curing, the waterproof effect can be tested. However, if hardness and adhesion are to be tested, it is best to dry the surface and leave it at room temperature for 7 days before testing to make the reaction more complete.
This reaction is moisture curing, which means water absorption and vapor curing. Heating can promote curing, but the higher the heating temperature, the better. This is because the oven is a closed space with very little water vapor and cannot come into contact with it. Heating alone cannot make the reaction complete.
4. Construction method: It is recommended to spray with a reference dosage of about 8-12m2/kg.
5. Low VOC solvents such as anhydrous alcohol (or isopropanol) or DBE (divalent esters), 120 # solvent oil, etc. can be diluted in appropriate amounts and used as solvent washing tools.
Matters Needing Attention
1. Construction climate environment: Construction should be carried out within the range of 5 ℃ to 40 ℃. Before outdoor construction, pay attention to weather forecasts and avoid working before rain and snow come.
2. This product is applied to an untreated substrate surface.
3. Avoid contact with eyes, rinse with water immediately upon contact, and seek medical attention promptly.
4. It is recommended to conduct the following application tests before large-scale construction:
① Confirm whether the product and the substrate being coated have achieved the best waterproof and protective effect;
②Confirm the optimal dosage to avoid waste.
5. This varnish should not come into contact with water, as it will quickly solidify into a solid state upon contact.
6. After opening, the product must be sealed and stored and should be used up as soon as possible.
7. During construction, it is necessary to stay away from fire sources and maintain good ventilation on the construction site.
Packaging, Storage and Transportation
Provide packaging of 4kg+0.2kg and 18kg+0.9kg for transportation using non-hazardous materials methods. Sealed, placed in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight, stored at room temperature, unopened for a storage period of 12 months.
