Product Description
OSi SROSil MP60 has excellent high and low temperature resistance, water and moisture resistance, good electrical insulation performance, and arc corona resistance. Its weather resistance and chemical stability are also excellent. This product can be quickly dried at room temperature. After complete curing, it has high hardness (≥2H), high gloss, good fullness, and does not yellow at high temperatures. High-temperature resistance.

Application
OSi SROSil MP60 is widely used as the base resin of high temperature resistant coatings (500 ~ 650 ℃) and special coatings and H-level insulating coatings.
Curing Method
This product can quickly reach finger pressure dry at room temperature and has a certain hardness and is fully cured by baking at high temperature, 30 minutes at 250 ℃; 20 minutes at 270 ℃; and 15 minutes at 280 ℃.
Attention
The dilution solvent used in this product must not contain moisture, sulfur-containing compound pyridine and its impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the resin paint film.
During the processing of this product, a large amount of flammable, explosive and toxic solvents such as xylene will evaporate. Attention should be paid to strengthening on-site ventilation, paying attention to fire prevention, and strictly cutting off the source of fire. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
The equipment and utensils used in the process of this product must be clean. Strictly prevent the mixing of dust and foreign matter and water.
Acid, alkali, organic acid salts and amine compounds have an accelerated curing effect on this product and affect the heat resistance and electrical properties. Therefore, this product should be strictly isolated from these substances during storage.
Storage
The storage period of this product is tentatively half a year. This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry place to prevent direct sunlight; to prevent serious pollution by acid and alkali, and to isolate the fire source from the heat source.
