Product Description
OSi SROSil 55 is a solvent-free, water-diluted lotion of functional silicone resin-modified polysiloxane, which is used to improve the hydrophobicity, water resistance and air permeability of building coatings.

Properties
Good water dilution, low odor, no toluene or xylene, in compliance with environmental regulations.
Good compatibility, and can be cold combined with various organic water-based substrates to improve the waterproof, water resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, stain resistance and other properties of water-based substrates.

Uses
Additives used in the production of water-based building coatings and water-based primers to improve the hydrophobicity, water resistance, and breathability of building coatings. It also improves the operational performance (extended opening time) and anti adhesion performance of water-based coatings.
Suitable for: silicone latex paint and silicone textured coating; Silicate coatings and textured coatings; High filler latex coating; Lotion modified lime coating; Interior wall coating; Sealing agent; Enhanced sealing agent; Waterborne exterior wall primer; External wall insulation system. It can also be diluted with water as a hydrophobic primer for inorganic substrates and a waterproofing agent for insulation materials produced in factories.

Improve the breathability, waterproofing, water resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, and stain resistance of organic coatings, especially latex paints.
Usage Suggestions
1. Dilute with cold water before use. When diluting, add water to the lotion, and the specific dilution ratio shall be based on the actual application effect.
2. It can be directly added to organic coatings and dispersed evenly. The specific addition amount is adjusted according to the performance requirements. It can be compatible with organic resin lotion in any proportion and has good stability. The recommended addition amount is 5~10%.
3. It is recommended to achieve optimal performance one week after construction.
4. Avoid outdoor construction in rainy and snowy weather.
Storage and Transportation
This product is stored in a ventilated and cool place above 0 ℃, not exceeding 40 ℃, and is transported as a nonhazardous material.

Shelf Life
Store in a sealed container for 12 months. On each product label, the "best use period" of the product will be indicated. Storing for more than the best use period indicated on the label does not necessarily mean that the product cannot continue to be used. However, in this case, to ensure product quality, it is necessary to recheck the relevant properties of the product.
