Product Description
OSi SROSil 45 water-borne silicone resin lotion is a stable water-borne silicone resin lotion made from silicone resin designed and synthesized with a special molecular structure by using a nano ball milling emulsification process. It can be directly diluted for use or added to polymer water-borne coatings for use. It can effectively improve the waterproof, water resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, stain resistance and other properties of the coating, and has excellent water drop effect.
OSi SROSil 45 is a water-diluted solvent-free silicone lotion, which can be used to produce silicone latex paint and texture paint.

Uses
Can be used as the main binder for silicone latex paint and textured coatings, or for modified latex paint. If formulated according to the appropriate formula, the coating made from it has the characteristics of high breathability, low water absorption, non-fouling, mineral appearance, and long service life. If OSi SROSil 55 is added, a better hydrophobic effect, namely the lotus leaf effect, can be achieved.
Building waterproofing, interior and exterior wall finishing waterproofing, paper waterproofing, wood waterproofing, etc.
Usage Suggestions
1. When used as a waterproof cover, it can be diluted with cold water before use. When diluting, add water to the lotion, and the specific dilution ratio shall be based on the actual application effect.
2. It is recommended to achieve optimal performance one week after construction.
3. Avoid outdoor construction in rainy and snowy weather.

Shelf Life
Store in a sealed container for 12 months. On each product label, the "best use period" of the product will be indicated.
