OSi SROSil 3074 Silicone Resin

Product Description

• OSi SROSil 3074 is a solvent-free, highly reactive, methylphenyl polysiloxane intermediate resin containing alkoxy functional groups and narrow molecular weight distribution. It is suitable for introducing compatible silicone components into other resins such as acrylic, polyester, and epoxy base materials to increase their high-temperature resistance and weather resistance. For example, the introduction of a 30% silicone intermediate can increase the sustained heat resistance of organic resin to 300-350°C; this silicone resin intermediate is sold in liquid form.

Dynamic viscosity (25℃)mpas: 100-150

Volatile matter (150℃, 1h): ≤ 3%

Refractive index, 25℃: 1.500 -1.505

Scope of Use

1. Suitable for introducing compatible silicone components into other resin-based materials to increase high-temperature resistance and weather resistance.

2. Coil coatings, heavy anti-corrosion coatings, cooking utensil coatings such as cooking and baking utensils, and metal coatings. Packaging, storage and transportation.

Storage 

Stored in a ventilated and dry place, with a storage period of half a year. Avoid direct sunlight. This product is non-dangerous.
