OSi HIOSil 7100 is a colorless and transparent liquid that provides manufacturers of high-performance layered materials with an excellent adhesion promoter for inorganic materials (glass, minerals and metals) and organic polymers (thermal solids, Adhesion between thermoplastics and elastomers).
OSi HIOSil 7100 product reliability and processing reliability are improved:
Does not release flammable organic components
Flashpoint is higher than 98℃
Easy to use: can be used in high temperatures or areas with fire sources or static electricity

Applications
OSi HIOSil 7100 is a water-based silicone compound (epoxy functional oligosiloxane) that contains no volatile organic components.

Depending on the specific application, we recommend that the active ingredient addition amount of the product is generally between 0.5-5%.
As a water-based product, OSi HIOSil7100 can be simply diluted with water. In the pH range of 4–9, an aqueous product solution with an active concentration of 5 wt.% can be stored for approximately 1 year.
Safety & Storage

Place in a low-temperature, ventilated, dry place. The shelf life is one year under normal storage conditions.
