Properties
OSi HIOSil 6575 is an amino-functional silane that acts as an adhesion promoter between inorganic materials (e.g., glasses, metals, and fillers) and organic polymers (thermoset/plastic plastics and elastomers). The product is colorless or slightly yellow, with a slight ammonia smell, and is miscible with alcohol or water. OSi HIOSil 6575 aqueous solution system contains 40% active silane ingredients.
Water-based aminosilane oligomer OSi HIOSil 6575 is a bifunctional organic compound. Its silicon group can bond with inorganic substrates; its amino group can interact with suitable organic polymers. OSi HIOSil 6575 is an aqueous solution system containing 40% active ingredients and does not contain methanol. Its biggest advantage is its inertness, which means that no volatile organic compounds are released during use, and no special safety equipment is required. Water-based aminosilane oligomer OSi HIOSil 6575 can be diluted with water in any proportion, and the diluted solution is stable for a long time.

Applications
The aqueous aminosilane oligomer OSi HIOSil 6575 is an important additive in many applications. The advantages are particularly obvious when used in water-based systems:
Glass fiber/electronic cloth: used as wetting agent and finishing agent;
Primer coating for glass and metal;
Inorganic fiber insulation materials, abrasives: as additives for phenolic resin;
Casting resin: used as an additive for cold-curing phenolic resin and pyran resin;
Adhesives and sealants: as primers or additive inorganic filler compounds: pretreatment or additives for fillers and pigments;
Paints and coatings: used as additives or primers to enhance adhesion to the substrate.
The most important effect of water-based aminosilane oligomer OSi HIOSil 6575 is to improve product performance.
Mechanical properties, such as bending strength, tensile strength, impact strength and elastic modulus, moisture resistance and corrosion resistance to improve processing performance;
Fillers with better adhesion have higher dispersion and flash points;
According to different application fields, we recommend that the active component addition amount of 6575 is around 0.5-5%
