Properties
OSi HIOSil 3425 is a colorless and transparent liquid water-based aminosilane oligomer, which provides a higher solution for the anti-corrosion performance of water-based epoxy coatings. This product can significantly improve the salt spray resistance of water-based epoxy coatings, improve paint film adhesion, and prevent layer blistering. The water-based epoxy coating achieves better anti-corrosion performance and almost zero VOC emissions.
OSi HIOSil products are bifunctional organic compounds. Their silanol groups can bond with inorganic substrates; their amino groups can interact with suitable organic polymers. Salt spray test results: The blank comparison sample passed the neutral salt spray test. The surface of the test sample was almost perfect, with only a small amount of rust in the scribed area.

Applications
Application advantages
OSi HIOSil 3425 is an important additive in many applications, and its advantages are particularly obvious when used in water-based systems, such as:
Glass fiber/electronic cloth: used as wetting agent and finishing agent;
Primers for glass and metal;
Inorganic fiber insulation materials, abrasives: as additives for phenolic resin;
Casting resin: used as an additive for cold-curing phenolic resin and furan resin;
Adhesives and sealants: as primers or pre-treatments or additives to additive inorganic filler compounds, fillers and pigments;
Paints and Coatings: Used as an additive or primer to enhance adhesion to the substrate.
OSi HIOSil 3425 can be easily applied to water-based resin systems or as a primer for substrates, a water-based sizing agent or an additive.

Place in a low temperature, ventilated, dry place. The shelf life is one year under normal storage conditions.
