Properties
This product is modified polysiloxane.
Advantage

Applications
Apply to soft finishing on cotton, hemp and its blended fabric.
【Usage Amount for Reference 】
(1) Dipping Process: OSi PEMS V650 diluted emulsion 1-6%(o.w.f)
(2) Padding Process: OSi PEMS V650 diluted emulsion 10-50g/L
Dilute Method
OSi PEMS V650： 100KG
Emulsifier: 50KG
Glacial acetic acid: 2KG
Water: 300KG
Dilute Process:
1. Add OSi PEMS V650 and emulsifier to the reactor, and start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 0.5 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;
3. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 0.5 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;
4. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 0.5 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;
5. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 0.5 kg acid to stir for 5-10 minutes;
6. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
7. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
8. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
9. Add 50Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
10. Slowly add the rest water while stirring, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.
Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.
Emulsifier: XL40:XL90=1:1
When in cold weather, emulsifier is easy to freeze, heat and stir to thaw before use.
