Properties
Polyether silicone oil OSi PEMS C97 is a polyether-modified polysiloxane, applied to all kinds of fabric, especially cotton, hemp and its blended fabric, endowing fabric with hydrophilic and soft finishing.
Advantage
1. Excellent hydrophilic, increase satisfaction in wearability.
2. Super soft feeling after treatment.
3. No yellow change, fade less, has no effect on color.
4. Can re-dye without removing the softener
5. Emulsion stable, using convenient, no sticky-roller.
6. Low surface tension, suitable for antifogging agents.

Applications
Wide purpose. Applied to polyester, cotton and plush fabric.
Usage Amount for Reference
(1) Dipping Process: OSi PEMS C97 diluted emulsion 2-5%(o.w.f)
(2) Padding Process: OSi PEMS C97 diluted emulsion 15-40g/L
Emulsification Method
OSi PEMS C97: 100kg
Water: 300kg
Dilute process:
1. Add OSi HIOSil 8438 to the reactor, and start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,
3. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,
4. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,
5. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,
6. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes,
7. Slowly add the rest water while stirring add the rest acid water, and stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.

Store in the cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 months of storage period.
