Properties
New type polyether silicone oil OSi PEMS C93 is a polyether-modified polysiloxane.
Advantage
Endow fabric excellent hydrophilic after use, improving the quality of the textile, and endowing the clothes with excellent wear comfort.
Super soft feeling after being treated.
No yellowing change, less discolor, and no effect on color light.
If the color is not right after dying, no need to remove the softener when re-dying, won't affect the dying, the color depth, purity and brightness.
No roller-sticky, excellent stability.

Usage Amount for Reference
(1) Dipping Process: OSi PEMS C93 diluted emulsion 2-5%(o.w.f)
(2) Padding Process: OSi PEMS C93 diluted emulsion 15-50g/L
Emulsification Method
OSi PEMS C93: 100KG
Emulsifier: 25kg
Glacial acetic acid: 2kg
Water: 375kg
Dilute process:
1. Add OSi PEMS C93 and emulsifier to the reactor, and start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes; add 2 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
3. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
4. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
5. Add 50kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
6. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
7. Slowly add the rest water while stirring, add the rest acid water, and stir evenly for 5-10 minutes.
Notice: Must use high speed machine, last time can add water slowly.
Emulsifier: T0 or 13 series.
