Applications
Applied for the smooth and clear finishing of cotton, viscose, and wool fabric.
Usage Amount for Reference
(1) Dipping Process: Dilution 2-6%( o.w.f)
(2) Padding Process: Dilution 10~40g/l
Emulsification Method
OSi PEMS C89：20kg
Emulsifier: 10kg
glacial acetic acid: 2kg
Water: 65kg
Dilute process:
1. Add OSi PEMS C89 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 4kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
3. Add 4kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
4. Add 4kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
5. Add 8kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
6. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes,
7. Add 15kg water to stir for 5 minutes,
8. Slowly add the rest water while stirring add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust the PH value to 5-6.
