Properties
Improve release performance of polyurethane. Prevent floating and shrinkage caused by uneven surface tension for new-release paper and bright-release paper.
Prevent pinhole, pit and floating caused by high moisture.
Increase leveling, anti-blocking and surface slip.
The paper lines are clear and full.
Extending life and usage counter, especially for fabric, deep lines and other special release paper. Increase the service life of release paper by more than twice.
Applications
Solvent-based coating, PU/PVC synthetic leather
Incorporation
Pre-diluted with organic solvent. Previous-addition and post-addition.
Suggest addition
Addition to polyurethane PU/DMF mixed liquid 0.15-0.2%

Less than 5℃(41°F), there will be liquid lamination, which is attributed to a normal phenomenon. Keep intact for 24 months in the original package. Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection.
