Applications
Polyester, acrylic, nylon and other synthetic fabrics.
Usage Amount for Reference
For crude oil emulsification, please refer to the emulsification process.
(1) Dipping Process: Dilution 2~6 %( o.w.f)
(2) Padding Process: Dilution 10~40g/L
Emulsification Method
OSi AMS V35000：60kg
Emulsifier: 30kg
glacial acetic acid: 2kg
Water: 200kg
Dilute process:
1. Add OSi AMS V25000 and emulsifier to the reactor, and start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
2. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
3. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
4. Add 10kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
5. Add 20kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 0.5 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
6. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes,
7. Add 30kg water to stir for 5 minutes,
8. Slowly add the rest water while stirring add rest acid water, stir evenly for 5-10 minutes, add glacial acetic acid to adjust the PH value to 5-6
