OSi SS1168 is a two-component, neutral-curing silicone structural sealant. It is specially designed for structural glazing in the Curtain Wall. It has excellent structural glazing and weather resistance performance and can be used in broad temperature ranges with excellent structural sealing.

OSi SS1168 Two-Component Structural Silicone Sealant Feature:
● Neutral curing, no pollution or corrosion on metal, coated glass, concrete, marble and other building materials.
● Excellent adhesion to most building materials.
● Excellent performance within a broad temperature range. The cured sealant will not turn brittle, hardened or cracked at -50º C. It will not turn soft or deteriorate, keeping good strength and flexibility at 150º C.
● No limitation of lot matching of base and curing agent.

OSi SS1168 Two-Component Structural Silicone Sealant Use Restrictions:
● On the surface of the substrate that bleeds oil, plasticizers or solvents and so on(such as impregnated wood).
● In totally confined spaces.
● When substrate surface temperature is beyond 40º C or below 10º C.
● In continuous water immersion or on the surface with fog, or wet surface, or in continuous wet place.
● On paint surface.
