Silane OSi HIOSil 1505 is an an amino-functional silane which acts as an adhesion promoter between inorganic materials and organic polymers and as a surface modifier.

The main use of Silane OSi HIOSil 1505 is for synthetic material of single amino-amino silicone oil.

The fabric made from the amino silicone finishing agent will give the fiber with effect of soft, smooth, hanging, anti-static, washable, wrinkle-free ect.

Silane OSi HIOSil 1505 can be used as adhesion promoter, surface modifiers, cross-linking agent and dispersant. To upgrade the combination of power and compatibility between inorganic mineral powder material, fiber and polymers.

Applications

Silane OSi HIOSil 1505 is used as an important additive in many applications. It can be used as follows:

■ Additive: in cold-curing phenolic and furan foundry resins to improve the flexural strength of sand or resin elements with very long shelf life of the resins.

■ Glass and metal primers

■ Abrasives: As an additive to phenolic resin binders

■ Mineral-filled composites: For pretreatment of fillers and pigments or as an additive

■ Synthesis of functional silicones
